General Conditions of Business
(Text version without engagement. The German version applies)

WTB offers .............. to perform the tasks described above in accordance to the following conditions:

Max. time to be invoiced: 10 hours per working day.

Project work can also be carried out at weekends under the same conditions (important for test runs and measurements on highly utilised plant and machinery).

Invoicing will be on a monthly basis according to hours actually worked (for projects of longer duration, otherwise on conclusion of project). A list of hours worked will be enclosed with the invoice.

Payment conditions: 30 days, payment in full. Prices do not include statutory VAT.

Orders will be placed by the customer in writing or by fax.

The order may be cancelled by the customer in the same way without stating detailed reasons. In such cases, only the work actually executed will be invoiced.

No other costs will be invoiced unless previously agreed and specified.

In order to fulfil the order punctually and effectively, the customer and WTB agree to co-operate to the best of their ability.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany will apply. Legal domicile: Freiburg/Breisgau.
